At Moving Mountains Therapy we believe that every person already has the answers they are looking for! Most of the time those answers are hidden due to a variety of mental health struggles including trauma, addiction, stress, depression, and anxiety. Finding one's own truth can be difficult to do alone.
Moving Mountains Therapy offers compassionate support through a variety of therapies including Addiction Counseling, Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
The most important aspect of therapy is an attentive listener who can understand, empathize, and act as a complimentary force for the client.

Getting Started
Step 1: Consultation
During the initial consultation, we will have a chat to assess your needs. We want to ensure that you have the correct level of care.

To schedule an initial consultation, go to the top of the page and click the "Schedule a Consultation" button which will direct you to the Moving Mountains email. You can also click the "Contact" button on the top of the page and provide the necessary information.

Step 2: The Setup
Once we have established that Moving Mountains is the right place for you, we will send you the necessary documents to fill out. If you have any questions we will be happy to help you through the process.

Step 3: Therapy
We can now begin therapy. We will work together to find an appropriate therapeutic approach as well as a consistent time and frequency of therapy that best suits your needs.
